Smart Copy Clipboard purchases are processed through Apple.

Refund requests

Lifetime purchases are sold through the Mac App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store refund process and applicable regional consumer laws.

How to request a refund

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, choose Smart Copy Clipboard, and follow Apple's instructions.

Support before requesting a refund

If the app is not working as expected, the support page includes common fixes for purchase restore, clipboard monitoring, OCR, and QR scanning.
