These terms apply to your use of Smart Copy Clipboard for macOS.

License

Smart Copy Clipboard is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies.

Free trial and lifetime purchase

Smart Copy Clipboard includes a 30-day free trial when the app has a verified App Store receipt and trusted time check. After the trial, continued access requires the lifetime in-app purchase. Purchase price and availability are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you copy, process, translate, scan, or store in the app. Do not use Smart Copy Clipboard to violate laws, infringe rights, or process information you are not authorized to handle.

No warranty

Smart Copy Clipboard is provided as-is. OCR, barcode detection, language detection, translation, and content classification may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important results before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
