Purchase restore
Open Smart Copy Clipboard settings, go to Purchase, and choose Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that bought the lifetime purchase.
OCR or QR scanning
If screen tools do not work, check macOS privacy permissions for screen recording and try selecting a smaller, clearer screen area.
Clipboard monitoring
If new clips are not appearing, confirm that monitoring is active from the menu bar window and that your trial or lifetime access is active.
Response time
Support requests are reviewed as availability allows. Do not include secrets, passwords, private keys, or sensitive clipboard content unless it is necessary for the issue and you are comfortable sharing it.
